You can go
for buying a host and domain from a web hosting company if you want to build a
website of your own and start as an independent blogger. Or if you want to
start as a free blogger you have WordPress, blogger, and Tumblr. Just search

with your e-mail and you are ready to go.
Step by Step detail to writing a blog
Making a
perfect blog is always difficult. But once you get the start as a blogger,
there is never going back with the writing. But the very important part is how
you begin. So, I am here with, “What are the steps to writing a blog?”
1. 1.Getting fixed in the content
This part
is what most of you already do. The first thing you need to do is getting fixed
on a subject matter you are going to write in. Then prepare a rough title and
list out the tentative sub-topics you know or want to include.
2. 2.Finding Keywords
The blog is
not writing a 10 marks essay in an exam paper. So chill, you have plenty of
time; need not hurry. After you have fixed the content, you should browse
around the internet searching for related keywords. This is the most important
thing you must do because you get a clear idea of how much you know about the
topic, what other people want, and whether your idea is meeting the viewer’s
demand or not.
What are keywords?
Keywords/focus
words give overall information of your content. Selection of keywords is
most important for a blog post. What you want your post to come in search after typing? The answer is keyword.
Let me give you an example. For example, I am going to write something in “How to write a blog?” The first thing I will be doing is going into my search engine and type “how to write a blog.” Before I click enter google automatically suggests me something like.
As you can
see you are already provided with keywords like “how to write a blog for
beginners” and so on. Am I done with the searching? Wait! guys, there is more
coming.
Now after
you press enter you can see ranked articles, websites, etc. They can also
provide you keywords. But the most important thing here is after you scroll
down to the bottom you will find ‘related searches’. This is the treasure you
were digging for. Here is my bounty.
So, after
you have your keywords, what you need to do is include as much as possible of
these keywords in your writing. Keywords should be included in such that
readers cannot identify what the keywords are from your blog. I mean to say that it
should be appropriate with the place and context where you are placing them.

3. 3.Start with an appropriate title
Some important things you need to know before writing a title are, it should be
short, easily understandable, and catchy. Because the title is everything of a
blog. It decides whether the viewer will be getting into your blog or not. Generally,
using a long-tail keyword with numbers is recommended for the title of a blog.

4. 4.Focus on the Quality Content
Writers should have a
good knowledge of the subject matter and knowing the demand of the viewers is also very important. So that you can build a quality content blog.
What is quality content?
You can get
higher traffic if your article answers all those questions related to the topic
that the viewers are searching for. So, an article or writing that addresses
all the required questions relating to the topic with their appropriate answers
is quality content.
To build quality
content you must collect all the questions available to the related topic. To
do that you can again go into your search bar and search with your title. You
will find ‘People Also Ask.’ This is where you will find related questions to
the topic in which you are going to write. You can create your question
including the top searched keywords. I got the following in my search.
5. 5.Getting into the introduction
Now you are ready, to begin with, your blog writing. Always begin with an introduction paragraph giving out the general overview of what you are going to include in your blog. Keep it simple and short. This is where you have to include most of your keywords for SEO-friendly writing. Questions can be asked to hook views in the article and make them read to the end.
6. 6.The Body Part
The length
of your article must be above 1000 words for a good ranking in the search
engine. If you have a good collection of questions with you related to the
topic, the length of your blog will easily go beyond 1000 words. Writing lengthy articles will help you improve your writing.
7. 7.Making paragraphs and sub-headings
Changing
paragraphs is a must. A paragraph should not exceed 5-6 lines. Separating them
into sub-headings is also very important. So, that blog looks clean and your
viewer can easily navigate to the required topic of interest.
8. 8.Using external and internal links
Similarly,
use external and internal links in the blog. Internal link means giving links
to other posts related to the content of your blog website. While external link
refers to giving links to other sites related to the content. This also helps in the
optimization of your blog post over Google.
9. 9.Using multimedia in the post
Adding
photos and videos also help you earn traffic in your blog post. An appropriate
photo at the beginning will also attract views into your post. Because visual
is always better than text. Plus you can make your image available in the photo section of google which can also attract more viewerss. For this you have to go to the setting after you upload an image and add the alt name and title for the image.

This is the important part after the title because generally views scroll directly to
the last and check out the conclusion. So, a good conclusion will make viewers
read the article thoroughly.
Also ending the blog with a question is important because if you have a separate question at the ending, viewers are more likely to comment. So that your post gets interactive in one hand and on the other hand you are inviting them to your upcoming post.
11 11.Preparation of the post
Now you
have a ready-to-go blog. Before you click on the post button, you must check
out the errors and design. You can log in to Grammarly to correct your
grammatical errors. Try to make the post as pleasing as possible.

Adding custom permalink
By default,
your website will create a link to your post which is a bit lengthy and not SEO
friendly. So, you need to input a custom permalink. You will have to go for a custom
permalink somewhere in your editor portal. Paste the best keyword you can in
the custom permalink.
Meta description
This is the other important thing you must add before pushing the post button. Include
keywords here too and keep it short.
